Feat Shield Mastery Specialty and Core 4 Fury of The Wild bugs

Got some bugs to point out:


20 Dwarf Fighter
All Two-handed Fighting Feats (THF, ITHF, GTHF, PTHF) no shield feats
Kensei & Vanguard Enhancements
L. Ferrocrystal Dwarven Waraxe mainhand
L. Ferrocrystal Shield offhand


Firemouth 3 set bonus
Summer 6 set bonus
Spring 2 set bonus


First bug:
I took Shield Mastery Specialty at 31 for 10% doublestrike, 9 melee power and bonus +5 (+15?) PRR. The PRR "bonus" isn't giving me additional 5 PRR. I'm using the Ferrocrystal shield with Mythic bonus 2. It only gives me 12 PRR instead of 17. Tried with another small shield and it gives only 5 instead of the stated 10. This doesn't appear to grant anything.


For reference: While wielding a shield, you gain +10% doublestrike and a +9 Combat Style bonus to Melee Power. You gain +10 Physical Resistance Rating while using a buckler or small shield. If you are using a large shield, this bonus increases to +15. If you are using a tower shield, this bonus increases to +20. This does not work in animal form. This does not count as a Combat Fighting Style feat.


Second bug:
I have the Core 4 Fury ED which is Be the whirlwind. It states it works with Whirlwind attack and trip feats. I have whirlwind attack and the added whirlwind damage does not proc from it. I am getting the proc from using basic Trip. I tried using whirlwind attack with a two-handed weapon and no difference. Either whirlwind attack is not a part of it and thus a typo or it is bugged and not working?


For reference: Be the Whirlwind: Using any of the feats Trip, Improved Trip, or Whirlwind Attack causes a whirlwind of force to burst from you striking nearby enemies for 1d10 bludgeon damage per character level. Scales with 200% Melee Power. Improved Trip also causes all affected enemies to be tripped unless they succeed at a balance check (DC equal to Improved Trip).
