I will guess - next Wednesday if all goes well. The raid is supposed to be released before the next hardcore season and the season was promised before the end of the month.

It is posts like this that make the devs understandably reluctant to post. Please respect the difference between expecting and promising.

It isn't posts "like this" [even though I agree with you on the "promise" remark] that makes them reluctant to post information; they simply do not want to engage with the community, it is in their nature, their culture. A lack of communication promotes distrust and frustration.

Concerning Hardcore, this is what I would have expected:

We are running late in the development of our new expansion The Isle of Dread and we are now estimating that the initial release date will be towards the end of June, with roll out of the new Raid occurring during the second half of July. Once this is achieved, we will confirm the starting date of HCL season 6. Currently our best estimation for the next HCL start date is August 4th.

The will post when they know with a better degree of accuracy. Continually communicating dates they sre uncertain of would not be constructive

So when are you people at SSG going to fix your customer service? Just got a reply to a 2 month ticket basically stating- we cannot verify your issue so... go and buy the item in question? First off I am NOT, repeat NOT buying a new item to replace a old item that malfunctioned! In regard to the timing of Hardcore and the raid: Yes, we expect the raid will release in the near future in a patch (55.2) and that patch will happen prior to the start of the next Hardcore season. We are close to being able to share more specific plans with you.
