    Default Mounted combat

I didn't know it until I read the release notes for the next fix but apparently you could charge and fire a rune arm while mounted. For this patch, DDO said "Players no longer charge their Runearms or fire them while mounted."
Come on now... Why not? just let everyone get involved. Mounted combat would be awesome.

The Lord of the Rings Online gained mounted combat in 2013 with the introduction of Riders of Rohan. By 2015, it was dead because a majority of players hated it, and rightfully so. We cannot know how mounted combat would look in DDO, but given known history, given existing problems, given developer resources, and given how it would tax the old game engine, I consider adding such a thing an extremely unwise use of time.

To be clear, I think mounted combat could be really neat, but one must consider the probability of achieving a good result.
