Default Feature Request: Allow Strikethrough to increase the size of the target area

My experience with strikethrough is a little frustrating in getting the full effect (hitting 3 enemies at 200 strikethrough) due to what feels like a targeting AOE that is too small. I think it would be nice if the AOE increased in size the more strikethrough you have. Something like, Strikethrough increases the area it can target enemies by half its value, max 100%.

So at 200 strikethrough, you have a targeting area that is twice the size and can more easily hit the 3 targets you should. In terms of coding it might to be more like every 10% add 1 unit weapon range? Dunno how you devs have that set up.

I support removing the 20% damage penalty Not using archer's focus is a big damage loss.
