Default Dual wielding Khopesh Tempest Ranger, is 17-20 It now?

Human Pure Tempest Ranger using Khopeshes.

Switched from LS's for now because I had 2 nice ones collecting dust and wanted to try out.

No matter where I look, only seem to get 1 modifier for Crit range profile?

Is that it now? My last life Pally was 13-20, albeit with LS's, but seems crazy the difference.

Khopeshes have the same crit profile as longswords with Knight's Training feat.
If your swords have an expanded crit profile (like Nightforge Blade or Oathblade), they have a better crit profile than Khopeshes.

Every melee class has some way(s) to improve crit profile, usually by increasing crit multiplier by +1 and crit range by +1.
For Pally, Holy Sword spell does both.
For Ranger, they have to invest heavily into their class trees. Tempest Core 4 and Deepwood Stalker Core 4.

Khops are 19-20/x3 so with imp crit or keen plus class +1/+1 crit bonus, that should be 16-20/x4. Are you taking the +1 range core in DWS?

Longsword is 19-20/x2 so with imp crit, class bonus and KT, that's 16-20/x4, then night forge blade adds another 2 range for 14-20/x4...dunno how you got down to 13 on a paladin

The only diff should be the extra crit on the weapon itself, since there aren't any expanded crit khops

Khopeshes and longswords with Knight's Training feat have the same base critical threat range: 19-20/x3 which becomes 16-20/x4 with Improved Critical, Tempest, and DWS bonuses. But there's a few named longswords with wider crit ranges which are better than that: e.g., Nightforge Avenger Blade and Oathblade get +2 crit range, Watcher's Blade gets +1 crit range and +1x crit multiplier. Whereas the drow khopesh is the only one with +2 crit range.

I was Knights training with Oathblade and Fellblade in main hand at 15-20, but I had these 2 Really nice looking Khopeshes that were collecting dust and figured I had to try out, seeing my end goal of Black Razor main hand/ Fellblade off hand could be Years away lol

The shear base dmg increase, Plus aligned and all other dmg add ons from the 2 Lunar's was deff an increase in DPS over the longswords, even at 17-20 reduced crit range.

Was just wondering how hard to get them to 15-20 or better.

If I get another Fellblade I might switch back to see, but while Fellblade is a Great LS on it's own, giving open slots on Toon for Dbl Str and Arm Pierce ect, wielding 2 of them doesn't make as much sense.

Unlike the Lunars which Stack All stats because Pure DPS.

Last thing I may try is swap out a feat to get KT back and dual wield Lunar in main hand and Fellblade off hand
