Crystal Cove Lvl+5 not awarding extra mats?

Hello, is it my impression or are Crystal Cove payoffs bugged? At CR = level, the challenge is supposed afaik to award Green Dragonshards = 70% of score, and it does indeed so as far as I have seen. But at CR = Lvl+5, it still only awards 70% of the score in Dragonshards. The wiki (which quotes dev comments I think) states that the payoff for Lvl+5 CR should be 70% + 7%*level above = 105%, which isn't what's happening right now. Anyone wanna chime in on what's going on?

The score is increased by 50% at char lvl +5.
