How to find dialog turn in ravenloft raid runes?

Killing Time is currently on timer and it offers me the option to trade in runes.

However, Babba and Strahd runes I cannot trade in currently.

Babba is off timer and I have not retaken the raid.

Strahd is off timer and I have taken the raid.
I also cannot abandon this raid.



I have a lot of runes and was hoping to add two items to my new build, but cannot find the turn in dialog.

PS I have the same problem with Temple of Storm and Legendary Hound of Xoriat.

Legendary Vision of Destruction, Legendary Lord of Blades, Legendary Master Artificier are fine as are the sharn raids.

Relogged and investigated Babba further:

PS2 It appears that certain raids only allow rune trading opportunities when retaking a raid as a third option dialog below the retake raid option (Ravenloft and others) but once you retake the raid you must run it before one can have a dialog option to trade runes.

Did the raid and turned it in.
That enabled access to the rune trade UI.
