Do these two effects stack or not?

Eminence of Autumn, 2 Pieces Equipped: +50 Artifact bonus to Universal Spell Power
While wearing three items from the Legendary Flamecleansed Fury set, you gain: +50 Artifact bonus to Fire, Force, Light and Positive Spell Power

I assume they dont but darn if I am ever really certain about stacking in DDO

I'd assume they both apply as universal is separate spell power category than "Fire, Force, Light and Positive Spell Power".

They should.. Usually universal stacks with the individual types.

Another stacking question. Does Power Store stack with Magical Efficiency for either a 19% or a 20% reduction in spell cost?

no one the universal "Artifact" applies to all spell powers
the other only applies to the 4 types of power is "Artifact" Fire, Force, Light and Positive.

so no they do not stack because they are both "Artifact".
if one were quality or exceptional yes they would.

better of the two would be universal "Artifact" bonus .
