Agreed, I wouldn't mind if they were unable to work from home or anything and can't do tickets... But we ve gottin no official statement saying what's going on which is annoying.
I've bee waiting 25 days for an response to access my account, so everyday that goes unresponsive, I don't play Lol.
Kinda trash, had to turn off VIP to so they don't milk my money while not letting me in my account.

I'm on mobile I wish I could screenshots my tickets.. I got them going month plus still open no responses, just merges.
I understand they may be experiencing issues with everything going on, but still even an statement on the status of customer service would be nice.. It's like it's non existent

Good luck with that. I had a problem a few months ago so I PM'd CS - no response, posted on the CS forums - no response, used the CS contact form - no response, posted a message on Facebook - no response. After looking at some reviews online, it seems that SSG Customer Service has an extremely poor reputation. So glad I pay two lots of monthly fees for this kind of treatment.

Waited month for reply about account, finally got one, issue was needed to pay disputed amount on banned account, was given link through an broken paystation link through xsolla.
Been waiting up to week and half now since replying about the link given not working, and xsolla is no help.
Ddo says I need to pay first, xsolla says I need access to pay.
I'm lost what to do, I just want to pay you guys the amount and get back into the game.

Hello, trying to post my issue here since i'm waiting since 2weeks: my main character is stuck on loading, the launcher said "there has been an error" and not even loading.
I've got a 1st answer from SSG to wait for the update and a second one about empty dns cache and adjusting the UDP port but it changes nothing, there is 2updates since i've got this issue so nothing more to wait, i need a technical assistance.
I can log any other of my alt characters/banks but my main, so it's kind of frustrating.
