Default Wine Client Broken on Mac

Wine client just stopped working for me yesterday (have been farming the Halloween event since last update). I launch DDO, then it pops up with a launch dialog briefly... then nothing. This was working the day before, and Standing Stone Games responded with "we do not offer technical support for Mac." The game is bricked out for me now. No idea how to proceed. My MacBook Pro has all the latest updates, and the only thing that changed was the weekly restart yesterday.

Just tried downloading and re-running the Mac dmg installer from ddo.com, and it won't run either. Game is completely bricked out. Specs:
    macOS Catalina (v 10.15)
    MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019)
    2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
    32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Have all the latest updates. Tried rebooting. Nothing works.

Love playing this game, and it would suck to have to cancel my subscription b/c it is completely unusable right now.

there is your problem. Not a MAC player but I specifically recall them saying Catalina would not be supported.

Any chance on a 64bit client for Mac? I updated to Catalina before I knew, now I'm SOL.

I saw where some people are running it in Parallels App using Windows with success but that is another $99 a year for the App. Anyone have any luck using boot camp? I may just continue my dual box solution but was planning on ditching my PC permanently. I only use it to game on DDO exclusively.
