Default Bladeforged not reciving equipment at 15

Anyone else have this issue? 'Iconics will still receive their equipment upon reaching level 15' - am I missing something?

Bit irrelevant now as the toon died just short of 20 - my own stupidity but the gear is still missing - most of the time I play online support is not available and the hours of waiting for a response for a ticket eat into game time. Form the informed responses it looks like its just Bladeforged

I just put in a ticket, then they sent to me via in game mail. They will probably want you online, so send in as soon as you log on, then go quest.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.

I just leveled up to 15 tonight and no Bladeforged gear. Re-logging didn't help, and after reading your post that you went to L20 and never got it I guess you logged several times.

I soooooo hate turning in tickets, in game support sucks so bad. I'll wait til tomorrow morning to avoid the old "you weren't online so we closed the ticket" bull doodoo.

Ordinary humans have inhibitions that serve as a buffer against what we know is bad behavior.
However, some people, by blaming others for their own bad behavior, develop a thought pattern that allows them to override self-control in order to achieve a selfish end.

    Default Patience is a virtue....

Opened a ticket first thing this morning. Six (6) hours and counting. Been online the whole time. I realize they probably don't start at 6AM, which is when I submitted the ticket. Still waiting is a hard thing. You go to grab a cup of coffee and you're worried THAT will be the time they send a tell, wait 30 seconds, and close the ticket. Same if you go to the restroom. If I alt-tab to surf the forums will I hear the "ding" that signifies I got a tell, or will I miss it and when I check back in a few minutes will my ticket be closed?

Seriously there has to be a better way.

I am convinced they just wait to see if you are logged out when they close the ticket. if you aren't, they just move down the list closing tickets of people that have gotten tired of waiting and logged out. Sooner or later you will give up and then they can close your ticket.

The only way to correct this is to pay them by favorable resolutions of tickets, until then, they get paid the same no matter if they resolve a ticket or not.

on this part - it depends. if you go to options-audio-focus loss behavior change it from mute to persist sound. if you do this it persists and you can hear tell

    Default Resolved

I never was contacted via /tell in game, but I did receive mail a few minutes ago with the Bladeforged gear box attached. Very relieved, glad it's resolved. It's too stressful.

Thank you to GM +Prosciutto+ for sending me the goods.
