Default When with the horrid Harbormaster Zim do his job?!?

This is a vital question for this server!

When will that lazy, greedy Zim spend a copper or two putting up railing for the harbor steps?

    Asking for a friend.

He spends all day outside the municipal water facility, complaining about kobolds, asking for assistance clearing a situation that he allows to grow, and giving paltry compensation when we do what he is unwilling to do.

Now, we face certain an irrevocable assumption of room temperature due to the wet wooden planks of the stairs... Hello!?!? Ocean spray and wooden stairs! Is anyone in the Zim Administration thinking?!? Well, we all know the answer to that! Does the lack of a railing and resulting cannonballs amuse Zim? Is that the real reason he hasn’t ordered the needed structural work? Probably.

It isn’t a matter of the Coin Lords’ taxation that Zim whines about all the time, he is just being a horrible person! Where is the Chronicle when *real* investigative reporting is needed?!? They should look into this travesty (and slander of the Coin Lords) and drop the silly “disappearances” of the so called underclass of Stormreach!

We demand action!! Add railing to the staircases of the Harbor!

(And when “with” we be able to edit our post titles. **** you autocorrect!)

(Zin is actually a Kobold in disguise. He won't do the repairs because he still hates us as much as he remembers Waterworks)

That's just his test to see if you are worthy to journey into the harbor sewers. I mean, if your "friend" has trouble with stairs, how is s/he going to deal with kobold shamans, acid-spraying pipes, and living slime? Zim's lazy in that he wants the wheat to separate itself from the chaff.
