    Default Multiclass and UMD

I'm posting here because I got this question when i was playing around with an half-elf dilettante but its more about Multiclassing and UMD.

Does splash levels on a class that can learn a given spell in a higher level than my class splash have it reduces the UMD requirement?

    For example:

An half-elf rogue with a cleric dilettante . Does it needs a lower UMD to cast a raise dead scroll than it usually requires?

Alas it doesn't reduce the UMD requirement, but instead involves a separate Caster Level check.
The game makes the highest check available after checking the character's UMD and relevant caster levels.

So for a Half Elf Rogue with Cleric dilettante:
if the character has 7 or more total levels,
and the dilettante ability to be considered a 6th level Cleric,
they will have around 75% chance of casting a Raise Dead scroll.

If the character build includes, say, 4 Favoured Soul levels,
this would provide around 45% chance,
but the game would use the the 75% instead, unless the character has a higher chance through UMD.

The character would have no-fail Raise Dead scrolls when they get 9 effective Cleric levels or 35+ UMD
(min character level 7 to use the scroll)
