Getting charged against my will

I can access my account through this website.. but any attempt to alter my subscription sends me to "Standing Stone's Games" and I can't log in there. I've requested a password change... I log in here with my user name.. there it asks for an email... I've used the only two emails I have and both haven't resulted in me getting a password reset or anything.. You just charged me $30 despite my several day attempts at stopping this.

I've contacted my credit card and informed them these are charges I no longer have any control over... help me! I like this game, but this is downright criminal.

Try:
Log into the game.
Open the store.
Click the drop-down arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner.
Click "Manage Subscriptions".
Click "Options".
You should be able to cancel your subscription from there.
