Aasimar Scourge bug?

Today I TR'd in a Aasimar Scourge. The 1st level has to be a Ranger and when I got to choose my Favored Enemy, the list was not showing Vermin or Undead...

When I leveled him to 14-15, same thing, couldn't choose Undead or Vermin.

Anyone else got this bug?

I submitted a ticket on December 20 and have been ignored ever since. I've resubmitted tickets four times and have still been ignored. After the first four days, Magi said I would be put into the "Watching Queue" and that someone would get in touch with me the next time I was online. It is now December 29th. I was an Iconic Aasimar Ranger at level 30. With my Commendations of Valor, I traded for an Iconic Heart of Wood in order to do my second life as an Iconic Aasimar Ranger. During Character Creation, I was permitted to select the large Iconic box at the bottom of the list, but when I went to choose an Iconic Race, they were all grayed out. I'm not sure if it was a one-time glitch or what, but I have been waiting for some help for a ridiculous amount of time. I've been courteous and patient throughout all of this. Someone please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you for your time. Layla
