Per the title, the trinket known as "Echo of Ravenkind" does not work as intended where the Eternal Holy Burst effect is concerned.
Rather, the item applies Holy Burst (permanently) to the trinket instead of your equipped weapon. If not for some of the other effects, this trinket would be useless (though it's effectiveness is reduced to the point that Sightless is not that much of a downgrade, and other / better trinkets could be slotted instead).
