Server chat channel/Discord?

Is there a general server in-game channel or a discord server that people use? I sometimes find it hard to find people for groups, especially for 20+ content since everyone is in a different guild so it's hard to get in touch. Grouping tool isn't always the best option.

There's an Argo Channel on that Discord like there is one for every server - The General Chat Channel sees more use because that is where people hang out but each server has its own specific channel.
