Character Transfer Issue

Hey guys. Anyone else have the issue of your character not being listed on the server you want to transfer from? I've launched a ticket but it's been over two weeks and no resolution. Any information would be appreciated.

Is the character you are trying to move the leader of a guild? I had the same issue when i tried moving toons to Lammania the last time it was up. I never heard back on my ticket, but later i realized that the ones that were not showing were actually in the role of guild leader. Apparently there is something in the transfer wizard that won't allow an existing guild leader to be moved.
