Ranger Tempest Crit Mult Bug

When I have weapons equipped at first it gives me my proper +1 crit multiplier as per lvl 12 core enhancement from Tempest tree, but as soon as I swap weapons and swap back to the original weapon or any other weapon i no longer get the crit multiplier effect at all. It does come back after i relog but other than that there doesn't seem to be any reason why this happens or how to perma fix it.

I don't understand why this is going to take months to fix. It has to be a one-liner somewhere.

I even offered to pay them $65/hr to fix it.

I was just starting to collect TR tokens with a second life level 20 tempest ranger to TR to third life as something else when this was introduced. There have been three patches since with no fix.

I have had to abandon that character and start a new first life character and am stuck opening quests on normal.

Losing interest fast.

The least they could do is provide a true heart of wood so we can TR our tempest rangers into something else.
