Default Warlock SLAs and Heighten. What level do they get Heightened to?

Are the Warlock SLAs Confusion, Mass Confusion, Command and Stunning Blast Heightened up to level 6 (max Warlock Spell Level)?

Based on my knowledge Heighten on SLA's works the same as memorized spells in that it raises the Spell Level to the Highest Spell Level of the caster. If that is 6th Level then the SLA will be treated as a 6th Level Spell.

This is correct (based on my sorc SLAs - shouldn't be different for warlock).
You need at least 16 warlock levels for level 6 spells.

Per Varg eons ago, Eld Blast is treated as a level 9 spell for DC purposes. Of course that only really matters for the pact damage. I reference the post somewhere in my warlock build thread.

Some things to keep in mind (from tests back in Dec 2015 that I and other ran):

All warlock SLAs raised to 6th level when heighten is activated - including devour the soul.

It is well known the tooltip is wrong (it lists the dc as 18 + warlock level + necro bonuses + cha).

    The actual DC is:

    w/ Heighten: 10 + 6 (spell level) + necro bonuses + cha

    w/o Heighten: 10 + 8(spell level) + necro bonuses + cha

Just something to be aware of if you aren't. I always turn heighten off on it because regardless if it ever gets fixed (which we'll never know without doing rigorous testing ourselves because the tooltip doesn't list effective dc) - it can only have a negative impact.

Sorry about the necro - but is this still the case? I am considering if I should take heighten on a dc warlock but the gains seem relatively small and even smaller if the impact is negative on some spells/sla.

The wording of the heighten feat is unclear and confusing. I suspect a lot of players including myself won't take this feat because it's not clear what it does.

My experience is it's rarely worth using it aside from SLAs and for warlock it makes a maximum difference of 5 so it's hard to even fit it in with spell penetration being so important.

I haven't bothered to test it again as it's a pain. I've begged them multiple times (actually talking to devs) to fix the broken tooltips on the slas (especially devour the soul) and they haven't.

Lyn at one point even said she would do it and it was in the patch notes but never showed up.

If you want to test it, grab a friend and go into pvp.
