Default Slice & Dice set, What is the Quality Sneak Attack Bonus?

+2 Quality bonus to Sneak Attack

What's this bonus? +2 To SA hit, +2 To SA damage, +2 To SA dice?

I believe it's +2 SA dice, if not, it's too weak bonus.

Yes, its just a +2 to sneak attack, not dice, and yes, it is extremely weak for a level 28 named item. While I really like the idea, the items themselves are lack luster.

Epic Dice (Dagger): 5.5[W], +12, Greater Maiming, Armor-Piercing - 20%, Insightful Sneak Attack Bonus +6, Sovereign Vorpal, Purple Augment Slot, Epic Slice 'n Dice Set, Epic The Devil's Handiwork
Epic Slice (Dagger): 5[W], +12, Greater Bleeding, Heartseeker VI, Insightful Seeker +6, Improved Destruction, Purple Augment Slot, Epic Slice 'n Dice Set, Epic The Devil's Handiwork

Epic Slice and Dice: +2 Quality Seeker, +2 Quality Sneak Attack

I have used the set for two eTRs (heroic and epic versions). Why are they not at least Flametouched Iron? The Gatekeepers and the Silver Flame seem to be working together to stop the devils and/or demons.

As they are, I doubt these weapons will get much traction from the player base. I might be one of the few crazy enough to actually make use of the 5 piece set on my warlock. With that said, some of the other gear is really nice.

In absolute fairness, with those two you only need three more for the 5 item set.

I could imagine an assasin dual wielding those plus eagle eye, lion mane and one more to get the 5 set bonus. Although I am not entirely sure if it is worth it, when instead you can just equip a litany and have almost the same bonus with one item.

You are right; that is why I said I might be one of the crazy few who use the 5-piece set.

someone wielding even one of those daggers only needs four more gear pieces and hence does not need to occupy the trinket slot (for eLitany). So you would get +5 to all stats with the set and eLitany. Very helpful for folks interested in high DCs like assassins and casters.
I wouldn't give up improved deception on rogue weapons so Dice ends up taking the place of TF. Not an easy decision but it has some armor piercing. OR use Slice and black dragonscale.

Heh yeah I suppose you could combo it with litany... but if you are a rogue that trinket is not bad

Overall, the items in the set can be useful but in terms of major play, I doubt any of these items/weapons have longevity built into them. First off, they are not upgradeable. Second, Slice & Dice lack the flexibility of the TF weapons. Metaling should have been part of the set; we are talking about level 28 gear. Yes, one can carry two TF daggers to deal with the gap, but this was a gap easily seen and could have been avoided.

Epic Lion's Mane (Neck): Improved Insightful False Life, Insightful Constitution +4, Insightful Natural Armor Bonus +5, Insightful Fortitude Save +3, Green Augment Slot, Epic Griffon Set - great item.

Epic Locked and Loaded (Handwraps): +12, Spellcasting Implement +36, Fire Lore VIII, Kinetic Lore VIII, Sonic Lore VIII, Insightful Potency +10, Orange Augment Slot - confusing for an handwrap item...why? This would have been a great staff.

Once I get the epic boots, I plan on using two Dice daggers or maybe one TF with Dice - for my ES Warlock build.
