It took me weeks (or months; trying to suppress bad memories here) of doing Necro to get my first Belt of Thoughtful Remembrance. I now have three (or four, lost track) from the chain reward. The chain reward, not the chest... within what feels like five chain completions.

I dualboxed some Cannith challenges for favour today. I prefer grouping these with people so we can intelligently split up to do objectives, but it seems no one was interested. Managed to six-star a couple until I hit one of the mansion ones. All I needed was a single crest to unlock the last two objectives--unlock all doors and kill all bosses. The last crest drops from a kill. With four seconds left on the clock. I am six seconds' running time from the crest slot.

My barb had about a 60% pull rate of Shadow Phlogistons in Deathwyrm, mostly on EH. On the other hand, I decided last week I wanted a Mythic Emerald Gaze, so resigned to farm it... and pulled it try #1.

Back when heroic Abbot was the thing to do, it took 60 (Or was it 80? More suppressed memories.) completions on my main to get a Litany. This was before timer bypasses, so 60 (80?) actual chest pulls and three (four?) reward lists. That was a solid half-year... to pull one item. And then the Quiver gets upgraded with Striding, and I have to pull it from reward list after run #100. My wizard goes in there and pulls the Quiver from the chest and Litany on 20th... The same wizard farms the Seven-Fingered Gloves from Titan. Nada from the first 20. Pulls them on 39th, which is a good thing, because... they weren't on the 40th list... then she goes on the heroic TR train and pulls them again from a single favour run...

One character took three 20th lists to snag a Torc. A character I use as an opener/DQ multiboxer pulled it from a chest on her seventh run.

My favorite: a friend took 100 runs to get Jibber's blade. Level 22 wiz joins the pug on ee. pikes most of the quest. Loots jibbers at the end. His question "What does this thing do?". I was almost ready to start hurting puppies. I gave up on trying to get torc, mostly because my main is arti and Toven's hammer works just fine. I feel your pain.

one of mines get his torc on the very first run of adq, while other ones needed like 3-4 20th lists. month or two ago I was waiting for someone so I run dun robars just to kill time with idea, that I could get duergar waraxe there for my dwarven fresh 20th lvl paladin - and pulled one. sometimes luck works, sometimes not - I have like five hides of fallen from recent runs (shame on me mostly from solo runs so I couldn't pass it) but never see any other item drop from that particular chest
