Master Feat (Class dependent reincarnation based feat idea)

Here's how the idea goes!

True Reincarnate ten times as an Artificer (For example) and while playing as an Artificer you gain the feat automatically at level 20 that grants you 15 additional action points to spend in your skill tree.

Same goes for any class, reincarnate ten times as that class and while playing that class at level 20 you get granted a special feat that grants you 15 additional action points to spend!

So, what do you guys think about this idea?
