Yes. And it rocks. Used Swashbuckler on Uurlock's Bard lives.

Guardbreaking

Effect: This item enables you to break an enemy's guard in between your melee attacks. On critical hits with your melee weapons, enemies will become dazed as a result.

• Epic Swashbuckler (Level 24)
• Kobold Admiral's Tiller
• Swashbuckler
• Swashbuckler (Level 12)
• Swashbuckler (Level 16)
• Swashbuckler (Level 4)
• Swashbuckler (Level 8)

Notes:

• 5 second daze on every critical hit with your melee weapon (not shield bash), just like the Sap feat
• Red-named and higher boss monsters are immune.
• Daze is broken by any attack on that monster.

so - still is great and is fun - works on 99.9% of mobs!

I have dodge already covered and have stunning 8 on a crafted shield, but since the guardbreaking will apply to my main hand weapon, I think that will trump using the stunning shield bonus.
