Having a problem moving items in my inventory

Was trying to shift some items around in my inventory and it wouldn't let me. Have a few split stacks that I wanted to combine. Yet when I went to move the item (in this case a short stack of poison neutralization pots) to another tab I kept getting an error "Inventory Failure Placement failed!".

Any one else experiencing this? Is this a bug should I (try to) report it?
