Default Does Crushing Despair Debuff Stack?

Does the -2 debuff from Crushing Despair stack with itself? Could I cast it twice or more each time giving an additional -2 to an opponent? I'm not sure how I would find this out. Has anyone had multiple casts on their character? As an Enchantment Wiz I'm having a hard time justifying it on my hotbar with Energy Drain and Enervation, -5 to will doesn't quite seem good enough, unless that stacks as well.

    kinda.

First it doesnt stack with itself. ie if you cast it twice it just resets the duration.

    however......

the if you cast it and they make the save they get -5 to will. you cast it again and they get -2 to all saves that stacks. so you have minus 7 to will.
    make sense?

Thanks, I suspected the -2 did not stack. I did not know about the stacking weakness to will, thanks for that tip!
