AA's can use eldritch knight for power boost?

So I was on my eldritch knight sorcerer recently and noticed I had a disruption shortbow he could use. Its level 18 and so is he. I don't have that many characters level 18, so figured he could use it. then I was looking at what boosts he could give the shortbow, and noticed his spell sword boosts to weapon damage didn't disallow missile weapons. This got me wondering...

Can a Arcane Archer use the eldritch knight enhancement tree to further increase missile fire damage on bows? I didn't test it out, but I did test out my eldritch knight sorcerer with the short bow and the spellsword fire added fire damage to the missile weapon.

I used to have a Wraith AA that I did it with. Have the Shock vulnerability arrows with the Fire spellsword running at the same time.
