Why do I get "insufficient charges" when I click the DM enhancement? I have 2 levels of Pally and took 1 level of the DM enhancement from the Knights of Chalice enhancement tree. Thanks in advance for any help/advice!

The paladin version of Divine Might uses Turn Undead for its charges, this is a feat granted to paladins at class level 4.
DDO: If a problem cannot be solved by the application of DPS, you're not applying enough.
Divine might for paladins is fueled by turn undead. This is unlike cleric/fvs divine might which is fueled by spellpoints. Sadly, the description of divine might for paladins mentions "channel divinity" which players are assumed will automatically realize means "use turn undeads." This is combined with making divine might an enhancement that is available at class level 2 while turn undead is only availalbe to a paladin at class level 4. That is why you are getting the error message.
It's something that a vet player and a developer probably takes for granted, but the descriptions and setup are not new player friendly in my opinion.
Thank you both above for your replies! I've been playing a 12ftr/6mnk/2pal (cetus build) and just epic tr'd....would have sworn I had the DM ability before...was the change to level 4 pally getting turn undead with last update or have I been hallucinating.
I got it now last life did Divine Crusader! Thanks again all. DDO community still rocks!!!
As HolyBird notes, the explanation is bane of the undead twist. The Cetus build specifically twists that ability and if you followed the build setup that is why you could use divine might. The ability was originally in the Unyielding Sentinel tree, but was recently moved to the Divine Crusader tree, and you could have used divine might from that last life.
