Yellow status & 1,100% latency? Really?

Took another break from the game, all excited to see U23.
Logged on, went to E Orchard, and asked my guildies if the game has been lagging.
"YES"
I then noticed the Yellow Status symbol, and then saw over 1,000% latency.

Is this the norm now-a-days?

Nope, not the norm.

Performance issues in general? Yep that's the norm. But yellow latency icon, no, I usually don't see that too much myself.

Been some reports in the forum here and in game of some issues with cannith and sarlona this afternoon. Not sure of the status of these worlds at this moment.
