Devs: BUG: Epic Quests not giving Heart Seeds in End Reward

I thought I'd start this thread & let folks add to it as they find more (and, yes, I have bug reported them). These are all epic quests I've run since I hit level 28, some of which I've run multiple times on various difficulties from epic normal to epic elite. I ran all three today on epic elite.

Three Barrel Cove:

• A Legend Revisited
• Old Tomb, New Tenants

Gianthold:

• Gianthold Tor

Edit: Note - The quests were not ransacked any of the times I ran them, & I was offered CoV's every time I ran them.

I believe there is more to the restriction then just being lvl 28, as in you cant have a quest ransack (which can by found by /ransack), and only appear where Commendations of Valor appear. so did the lists also not contain comms? and if they did/didnt trying looking at the ransack.

correct. so if no comms of valor no heart seeds.

Some quests still don't drop heart seeds even when you meet all other requirments. I know two-toed tobias has never given me seeds even after I went on vacation for 2 weeks.

The timer seems to be based on when you turned the quest in, not when you completed it. So if you run Tor, then turn the quest in a week later and run it again, you won't get either CoVs or Heart Seeds. Similarly, if you run a quest twice in succession (because you forgot to turn it in the first time, for example), then you won't get either CoV's or Heart Seeds, even though you are only turning it in once.

I wouldn't expect it to be fixed anytime soon. Running ADQ and Zawabi's revenge nets 0 covs and has since the day covs were released.

The quests were not ransacked - I had been on vacation, so had not run the 3BC quests in over a week. I had not run Tor in at least a couple of weeks, probably longer. I was offered CoV's in all of them, both today and the previous times I had run them (before vacation).

Last life I capped then jumped in an IP EH Gainthold saga.

Ran EH Feast, Cabal, Trail, & Maze before the party decided to sell repair.

I went to collect my Seeds and none for any of the quests.

This was my first time running the quests on EH in that Life since I had one & done GH on EE while leveling.

Definitely, 2 toed tobias and GH tor didn't give me seeds.

I found another quest wich didn't drop any seed, but I can't remember if it was Wizard King EH or VoN3 EH... It happened only yesterday, but I hope for this being just a minor bug, it would be pretty nasty about those quests...
