Using Blow by Blow Swashbuckler enhancement I'm 100% of the time getting a white +0 appended to my damage. Is this enhancement working for you?
(Tested on my lowbie Swashbuckler with Garo's Malice, Muckbane, Carnifex, and an assortment of plain weapons).
