Ok, I need a little help understanding this feat. SWF, ISWF, and GSWF is useable with an orb, runearm, or nothing right??? So a buckler is not useable then???
You cannot wear a shield and benefit from the single weapon fighting feats unless the third tier Swashbuckler enhancement Skirmisher is taken and the character is single weapon fighting in the Swashbuckling Stance. Then a buckler can be used in the offhand.

I've been searching the forums for quite a while now, and there is one thing that I still haven't been able to find: a list of which weapons can actually be used with the SWF feat line. I have seen it as being for any finesse-able weapons, but what does that mean, exactly? Can I use long-swords and scimitars, or are they not applicable?
it may be that there is a list, and that I just haven't found it yet, but I would really like to know for sure.
Here is the link to finessable weapons - http://ddowiki.com/page/Weapon_finesse
(Combat): You are hit by your knockdown.
Good link.
When making your character, take advantage of this diversity. While most of us may use rapiers, the quintessential finesse weapon, Piercing damage won't work well with things such as skeletons. So have a Bludgeoning finesse weapon such as a light mace or light hammer. Likewise, also carry a slashing weapon (shortsword) and a returning throwing dagger. The ability to craft these for better damage reduction bypassing and overall damage is a plus.

This is an important distinction that seems to be confusing people: SWF feats will work with any 1H melee weapon; Swashbuckling works with Finesseable or Thrown weapons. So if you want SWF+Swashbuckling, you need to use a Finesseable weapon. SWF+thrown weapons does nothing, unfortunately; so if you're making a throwing-specced Swashbuckler, the SWF feats are useless (unless you plan to melee as well, ofc).
Likewise, by default SWF will work with a runearm or orb in your offhand, but not shields; Swashbuckling will work with a buckler in your offhand, but not a RA or orb. If you want to use SWF+buckler, you need to be Swashbuckling and take the Skirmisher enhancement ("you may use a Buckler and still benefit from the Single Weapon Fighting line of feats"); if you're a Swashbuckler who wants to use a RA or orb instead of a buckler (w/ or w/out SWF feats), you need the Cannoneer or Arcane Marauder enhancement, respectively. EDIT: there's no way to benefit from SWF feats while using a shield larger than a buckler.
