question about first tr into an iconic

i recently tred into an iconic (blade forged) for the first time and didnt get the armor kit. its not a big deal but i was wondering if anyone has experienced or heard of this and if there is something i can do about it, or if say i tred into an iconic again i may or may not get the appropriate armor kit that time. any info on this?

You don't get it until you level it up to 15.

Mine was also missing when I TR'ed my WF monk into a BF.
- Not in TR cache
- Did not receive when opening BF eq box at L15.

I put in a ticket and a GM kindly mailed them to me.
