Default Monks and Grenades - remaining centered

Hey there! So, I recently rolled up a new build (purely for fun), that was themed around Batman. A 13 Rogue, 6 Monk, 1 Fighter split built around grenades, shurikens, and hand-to-hand combat.

It has been a lot of fun so far with the mechanic cooldown-grenades. However I just got around to crafting my first batch of grenades and realized they uncenter me when I use them, which makes it a whole lot less fun! Does anyone know of any way to make monks centred with 'simple projectiles'? If not I'll probably switch it up, maybe make it 6 Ranger instead...

    Thanks for the help!

Edit: I guess my alternative would be: dump the grenades and just use traps OR dump some monk levels and just accept the fact that i'll have to go in and out of being centered while using grenades... Or just go with monk and settle for just having flashbangs for grenades. I dunno.

    Maybe this instead?
    4 Ranger/ 13 Rogue/ 3 Monk drow
    - 3 Monk gets me 2 feats, fists of darkness, some dodge, some speed, and advanced ninja training, which when combined with shuriken expertise really makes the shurikens work - and I'll probably just use grenades and ignore the fact that I get uncentered.
    - 4 ranger gets me precise shot, rapid shot, TWF, diehard, and ram's might

Sadly, no other throwing weapons except a shuriken will keep you centered. Even the Silver Flame Essence in "Spinner of Shadows" temporarily uncenters my Shiradi Shuricannon. That doesn't mean you can't throw flasks...just not for long before you find that all your monastic abilities are disabled and you've lost all ki.

If you're wanting the joy of beating the tar out of things with just a throwing star, look at the link above. It's a personal favorite that is incredibly dangerous with the least damaging weapon in the entire game. It doesn't require multiclassing at all, only the Drow class.

Flash Bangs are great escape devices but cause no damage whatsoever.

For info on the Shuricannon outside of the thread, look at my blog (link below) and search for "Shuricannon".
