I looted the +7 dex version of this ring about 3 weeks ago now. The quest difficulty was epic hard.

I'd never seen one drop before then, despite running the quests many times on N, H and E. It seems to have a crazily low drop rate.

Thanks for the info. I've been farming it on ee but seems the drop rate isn't significantly higher. Grats on looting one!

I am fairly certain named drop rates are unaffected by difficulty. At least that's what I have been always told except for raids.

You're welcome, and good luck with your farming.

Based on what I've seen with the drop rates, and because there are several different versions of the ring which might not all suit you, you might be better off trading for it if you can.
