Visa Gift Card- Can it buy Turbine Points

There are some threads like this but many are outdated and none are specific to my question.

I received a Walmart, Prepaid, non-refillable, Visa Gift Card recently and I want to spend it on Points.

I went to register it at the necessary site: Walmartgift.com, and all was well; however, although it asked my
mailing address, it never asked for my name.
I went to the DDO Store, clicked Add Points, and because I didn't have a card already registered, I clicked to
register my card. Selected Visa, and it asked for my Card Information (which I have), my address (which was
registered at Walmartgift.com), and my name. Now Walmartgift.com never asked my name, so I have no idea what to
put. I tried the person who bought the card, tried my name, and also tried leaving it blank. Nothing works.

Does:
(1) Anyone else have/had this problem?
(2) Anyone know what to do here?

I've used them in the past and they worked fine.
