It may be awhile, but when it does come back up, there will be even more content, equipment, quests, and upgrades. So it'll be worth the wait

I love testing my builds with all the new gear and content. it pushes my toons to the next level of what they originally where designed for and helps me get and edge on everyone else!

My guess it takes some effort to have it synced to live or whatever patch they want so if we've had interim fixes on live they're not going to go to the effort of bringing up a test server without a specific purpose.
