Dex to damage and twf

So I know strength takes half damage bonus in the offhand for twf, but what if I'm using my dex for damage? Is it still half or full?

So I know strength takes half damage bonus in the offhand for twf, but what if I'm using my dex for damage? Is it still half or full?

Still half, they changed it with U19 so that other stats follow the same guidelines as strength. Which means you'd also get 1.5 damage from dex if you used a Two-handed weapon.
