    Default LOH and Devotion

Can someone help me out here? I could almost swear that before U19, a paladin's LOH was affected by devotion items. So if I had a Devotion 66 item, my LOH would heal more than it would without it.

I know for a fact it does not work that way since U19. Did it change, or was I imagining things before U19?

Hope it's not too rude to bump this after 90 minutes.
    Thanks!

No. Lay on Hands has never been affected by Devotion items.

You may be thinking of the Unyielding Sentinel ability: Light the Dark, which uses LoH to fuel an AoE heal that is affected by Devotion (I believe).
