Spell Focus and Spell Focus Mastery no longer stac, WAI or Bug?

As the title says, they no longer stack! I found this out after making a eveningstar challenge cloak. They stacked yesterday and there is no mention of the change in the release notes. Be aware!!

Do you mean the spell focus feat or a spell focus item? If it is the feat, that blows chunks. If it is the spell focus item that doesn't stack with spell focus mastery, then they were never supposed to stack, and it is now WAI.

It is the item that no longer stacks. Ie. Stormreavers tablecloth/napkin no longer stack with a +5 evocation stick.

As for it never intending to stack that is debatable. All i know is that when they started stacking was the same time that the removed the text from spell focus mastery stating that "this does not stack". If you have seen any mention of this not WAI please show me where.

See . . . this never stacked before U19.

U19 comes . . . when asked if bugged or WAI we got dev silence. That's usually indicative that it's not WAI.

Can't say I'm surprised that happened but I am disappointed. Considering the DCs needed to be effective in high level EEs it wasn't OP.

This means we'll be seeing a lot fewer casters in FOT, ah well.

Thank God ! There were maybe 20 characters on server with passable DCs and not enough Shiradi MM spammers.
That will put Enchanters or Evokers in their place, hjealzors / blue bars run FoT and challenges too often anyway.

Glad I went pure cleric, that 64- 65 evo 3 FORT SAVE SPELLS ( when monks are running with 80 stuns and 70 QPs ) are going to be awesome.

oh they will just come out with the epic reincarnation past lives which give +2 per school or +3 to all schools for three arcane sphere past lives or something of that nature. I would not be too concerned especially since nobody plays epic elite anyways.

Well. I have run a little ee levelling, and seen occasional lfms for ee levelling, but really very rare even for levelling. See basically 0 for stormhorns or prison quests on ee anymore. When I throw up an lfm they do not fill for stormhorns or prison quests and I am not aware of any special channel or anything where there is going on. Sometimes some guys I know run an ee citw or fot here or there. The one thing I see a fair amount is ee gianthold tor - that maybe the one ee quests I see run regularly.

Ghallanda is going through a semi-golden age right now, or something. I play on many servers, and none of them touch Ghallanda for activity. Most don't even have 50 percent of the activity.

There are still quite a number of solid players around on Khyber. Some are biding there time with true reincarnates or levelling on ehard or just playing a lot less. The two threads that I started on the general discusion were not out of left field espcially the true reincarnation vs. end game - the end game is really dead on Khyber. Maybe Sagas will help a little on ee quests /end game ee. If they make those saga awards great perhaps it will encourage people to run more ee.

70 LFMs Friday night. There's still a problem with epic LFMs being low, but I've found that if you post, they fill quite quickly. The truly great thing about Ghallanda's activity though, is that the peaks and ebbs are a lot less drastic. Probably because of all the non-American players.

I am not too interested in total LFMs. Khyber has a lot of LFMs as well. Even a fair amount of lfms for epic quests like epic hard Von3 for e.g.. What I am more interested in is epic elite lfms especially for the 10 new quests.
