Ninja Wolves

Can anyone tell me if the second ninja training enhancemen, which let's a monk use their dexterity to damage with piercing and slashing weapons as long as they are centred, works while in wolf (or bear) for?

I know that you are considered unarmed when in wolf from but the ddo wiki clearly says that characters in wolf form do piercing and slashing damage with their unarmed attacks.

Bit late on this, but if you're still wondering op, just tried it, doesn't work. Sting of the ninja didn't work either.
