I don't find Kensai I that hot. How about Ranger 15 (another favored enemy, CSW, FOM), Fighter 4, whatever 1.

    Feats (7 heroic + 2 epic + 3 fighter): 3x tempest, 5xOC, Toughness, Empower Healing, Quicken, IC:Ranged

hmm. Thinking it over, that might make a stronger overall character.

I don't see the point in stacking concentration and having quicken spell in the same build (make the concentration seem redundant)

Unless I make that 1 splash into rogue for UMD (cant remember if quicken applies to scrolls, and if it doesn't might as well move quicken into a different feet) also does emp healing spells effect scrolls?

the feat differences are loosing Imp wep focus (1 hit) and oversized 2 wep fighting (+2 to hit) and swapping wep focus/specialisation (+1 hit, +2 damage) and extend spell for emp healing, quicken spell and IC ranged.

I can see the benefit of IC ranged, for when I cant melee (also goes with all the free ranger ranged feats), but I feel i'd be taking too much of a loss in hit for melee attacks.
