    Question Help me improve this build?

    Any suggestions? Wasn't too sure about feats. Was hoping to be able to tank as well as just be dps, depending on the situation. Any point in investing in intimidate with earth stance? If so, should I get a charisma tome to help with intimidate? I have gotten to level 4 using this build

    You didn't select a feat at lvl 15. Move GTWF there. So that gives you one at 18. With your build I recommend Improved Sunder.

    For dark monks I prefer going WIS-based to boost the DCs on your monk abilities (Stunning Fist, ToD, etc.) as well as access Vorpal Strikes as one of your epic feats (req's base WIS 23). STR-based monks only make sense if you're going for Overwhelming Crit, which also req's Cleave & GC.

    Intim on a pure monk doesn't make sense to me, because you can't get it high enough for when it really matters if it's not a class skill. So either skip it or look into a MCed monk tank build.
