Un-deleting characters

I am back with ddo after a break. When I used "my ddo" the other day to enter the lotteries, I saw all my old characters still listed there (and getting lottery stuff.)

Yes, I clicked the delete button.
Yes, it told me they would be permanently deleted.
Yes, I typed their names to confirm.

But is there any way at this point to undelete them?

If it's about having deleted toons not show in the list for lottery or myddo, then no, both things are broken.
