    Default One toon doesn't load

I have several toons and all can load up but one. I dont' understand why but when I chose to load that toon it just hangs for more than 10 minutes. The blue bar at the bottom doesn't move at all. I finally got frustrated after trying 5 times. I don't know why that toon is bugged

If it persists after a restart you may want to also power cycle your modem and router (unplug them, wait 20 seconds or so, plug them back in) and reboot the computer. It's possible that the ports used previously were not released by the network for new connection attempts and until they time out the character(s) trying to connect on those specific ports can't reconnect (each character can use a different pair of ports inbound/outbound to connect).

If it keeps up or keeps occurring definitely follow up with a tech support request as well.

Thanks, After I restarted my computer, things were ok.

One toon does load much slower than the rest though. Would it be helpful to uninstall the program and reinstall it?

Possibly. When was your last install? Which granted means nothing if you have file corruption and the only real way to tell/fix is to re install.
