Doctor Who season premier "Spoilers"

Watched the premier last night, and found it interesting. At first i was very surprised when i found out Amy and Rory were divorced, and i thought it was pretty creepy when the Dalek "Eye" thing came out of the people's heads. The ending was also pretty cool how Oswid (or whatever her name was) wiped the memory of the Doctor out of all the Daleks memory's. But that begs the question, how will the doctor fight the Daleks if the dont remember him? Discuss.

It does change the dynamic a lot for now.

However, there is the conversation between the girl and the Doctor, when she tells him the motivation for the Dalek strength was their fear of him. Finding/killing/destroying the Doctor has been the Daleks main goal for a very long time, without that overwhelming drive... who knows what they will put their minds too now and what kind of chaos will it cause.

Yeah thats true but it kind of takes away somewhat from the Daleks. What are they to do that would interfere with the Doctor if they no longer try to hunt them down?

One theory I had, is that the Doctor had actually held them in check for all these years, them fearing what would happen if they started to conquer the universe again. Now that they no longer have this fear of the Doctor, they are free to strike out... and the Doctor will have to "remind" them of who he is.
