Fred the Feat Trader broken again?

So for the past few days, I've been trying to get Fred to allow me to exchange feats, only be greeted by his complaining about indigestion; A build I've been tested is rather horribly under-performing without two feats, and have been trying to have some of his crummier feats exchanged for better ones.

No problem, and thanks. Just swapped feats - it worked for me.

so I just tried to change my dilettante feat on my Druid earlier, and it would only give me options to sway out my class feats for...nothing, because there were no choices....??? Is it broken?

I have fighter dil, but want Monk...and I KNOW I started with more than enough Wisdom to do it.

Fred will only allow me to swap the latest feat I chose on my Druid. It's not fixed at all.

I'm having the same issue however it is the last feat i want to change but it isn't giving me any option to change it to
