Im doing my first artificer and i hear that artificers can add the intelligence mod on ranged attack and damage. Is it true? If yes, what the name of the hability?

It's a spell insightful strikes and insightful damage. Can only have one spell at a time. so have to decide between damage or to hit.

Personally my arti maxed int and started dex at 16 with +3 tome meet requirements for Improved precise shot and con at 14.

All lvl ups in int and have a 30 dex see no issue on missing while using Insightful damage song at all times.
