Question Shiradi vs Fury for Tempest question(s)

Has anyone seen Rain Of Arrows yet? If so, can you tell me about proc rate & damage seen.

The toon in my sig, is a str/ twf/ Tempest Legend build. (all 3 lives same build) My ranged aclarity & damage are great, but only used on a situational basis.

As the Kensai/ Tempest have no specific E.D, (yet) I'd like some feedback from people that have a Tempest, and have experimented with one or both E.D.

    Thanks.

I'm working on Fury with my Tempest (18rgr/2ftr) right now and it is pretty nice but not great. The extra HP is beautiful. The extra damage from Adrenaline can give some very nice bursts - hit four digits (pure weapon damage, not adding all of my effects together) for the first time the other day which I was darn proud of as a 28 point gimp. And Sense Weakness is pure awesomesauce.

There aren't really any downsides per se, but it's not horribly optimized for Tempests obviously. I don't spend a heck of a lot of time Raged nor do I bother carrying a Two Handed Weapon, so some of the abilities are fairly worthless.
Bronies: For those who get it, no explanation is needed; for those who don't, none will do.

    Thanks, muchly appreciated.

An in-game friend told me he took a previously mediocre multi-class build with kopesh and was doing over 1300 a hit. Very cool stuff.

But I agree about having some of the E.D. not applying to a twf, hence my thread.

Between Primal Scream, the new Black Dragon armor, and falling back on rage pots it's not too hard to keep up a rage.

While I enjoy Primal Scream, Adrenaline, and expose weakness from fury, I am currently working on getting Legendary Dreadnaught, it seems like a lot of the abilities will fit my tempest better. Of course it helps that I am human and have cleave so momentum swing and extra action boosts are more useful. So far my experience with Shiradi, is that it has a few nice things but is pretty weak for a tempest so I would not consider using it over fury or LD, multishot is already huge burst dps, I much prefer to enhance my melee for steady dps.

Fury is better if your ranger is level 20 and is starting to gain the epic levels and destinies. Primal scream and tunnel vision are a powerful combination and will help your DPS.

After you get to level 3 on each, it's your choice. You can always twist scream and vision into shiradi, or go dreadnaught for the action boost goodness.

Take the following with a grain of salt: I only used rain of arrows a few times after I capped shiradi (working on dreadnaught now)... it was underwhelming and anti-climactic. 50.5 dps for 30 seconds. Maybe there is some random magic hidden in this "epic" moment, but I didn't see it.

Here is what Rain of Arrows should have been:
