Where is my Magister 3 fate point?

I just leveled Magister to 3, and didn't get a fate point like all the other destinies gave me. What gives? I want my fate point

the fate point its NOT a level 3. you get a fate point for every 3 levels of destinies added.

You don't get a fate point when you level a destiny to level 3; you get a fate point for every 3 cumulative levels of destiny you acquire. So if you had Draconic at level 5 and swapped to Magister, you'd get your fate points at Magister levels 1 and 4.

You don't get a fate point when you level a destiny to level 3; you get a fate point for every 3 cumulative levels of destiny you acquire. So if you had Draconic at level 5 and swapped to Magister, you'd get your fate points at Magister levels 1 and 4.

so 5 from draconic + 1 from magister = 6.
so should the character in question have a total of 1 fate point or 2 fate points?
as per wiki, seems like should have 2 total fate points.
but reality seems to be 1.
ie +1 per 3 cumulative destiny levels after 3.

edit: looking at one of my toons... i have:
4+3+4+5+3+3+4=26 destiny levels
and 8 fate points.
26/3 = 8 rem 2.
which suggests the wiki is correct.
but there's something funky going on.
like maybe some mystery criteria for the first fate point.
